The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that kids 6 years and older get 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity on most days of the week. Even with children stuck at home more during the pandemic, active play such as hopscotch, jumping rope or a game of tag can help keep them healthy and fit. Use our Physical Activity Tracker (find it here) to check if your kids are getting enough exercise.
