 Pillow Play 

Make good use of old pillows (or ones you don’t mind kids stepping on) by playing "the floor is lava." Or, build a good, old-fashioned pillow fort.

Pillow play can get preschool-age and older kids moving, especially as families are stuck indoors more during winter. (If you have an infant at home, just remember to keep pillows away from where they sleep.)
